Job Summary:

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing warehouse management solutions using Manhattan WMS. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Manhattan WMS implementations and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation in supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive warehouse management solutions using Manhattan WMS that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of Manhattan WMS, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in warehouse management technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve solutions and services.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Manhattan WMS solutions.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Manhattan WMS and related technologies. Experience with SQL, Scripting, and integration tools is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong emphasis on fostering positive relationships and teamwork.
