Business Change Analyst (Contract)
Location: Aberdeen Country: UK Rate: £300 - £350 per day
 

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Change Analyst, a six month contract working for an organisation with offices throughout Scotland.

  • Inside of IR35 (Umbrella set up)
  • £350 a day
  • Hybrid working with office visits once a week/fortnight
  • Cyber Security Programme

The Role:

You'll focus on the people side of change, which involves identifying change impacts, preparing, designing and delivering the materials needed to support the successful embedding and adoption of our new systems and ways of working.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stream, Yammer, VivaEngage, SharePoint etc.
  • Content development - ability to create/design visuals that brings the content to life.
  • Excellent organisational skills, detail-orientated and strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle - both Waterfall and Agile.
  • Business Change experience supporting a large complex IT change project
  • An understanding of change management, ideally familiar with Prosci, Kotter, etc.
  • Experience of supporting Change Managers through complex change, helping assist with the people adoption elements.
