Retail IT Project Manager (Permanent)

Location: Manchester Country: UK Rate: £65k - £75k per annum + 15% Bonus
 

Senior Project Manager - Core Retail/IT Transformation & Change
Hybrid working - 2 - 3 days per week in Manchester
Salary up to 75k - depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial clothing brand in a pivotal role. This role will work alongside the CIO and key business stakeholders and teams across all functional retail areas of the business.

This includes store operations as the business moves more to an omni-channel environment, E-commerce as the on-line presence grows and across International and Wholesale areas of the business.

There is also the potential to lead the way in shaping the future business processes, ways of working and technology to support continued rapid growth across multiple operating models including retail, M&A, partnerships models and brand development.

You will be expected to be a true "retailer at heart" and bring extensive retail experience.

This is a hands on role where you'll need to be comfortable wearing many and multiple "hats" and working within an unstructured environment that is constantly evolving.

Skills required:

  • Project Management experience gained within a RETAIL ENVIRONMENT in one or more of the following core retail areas, Buying, Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, International, M&A, Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies in IT projects
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Architecture.
  • Experience of ERP solutions within a retail environment
  • Experience of large scale business change/transformational change programmes which include complex business process change as well as IT change.
