Mobile App Project Manager - Bracknell, Berkshire 3 days a week on-site in Bracknell

£650 per day inside IR35, via umbrella company

Strong Project management and a proven track record of managing Mobile App digital projects integrating API's within SAP or Salesforce platforms.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a number of projects within their Software Mobile App Connected Services programme.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

  • Strong Project Management Consultancy background
  • Proven experience managing mobile app digital projects with third-party development teams.
  • Experience on API integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall & Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with digital platforms such as CRM, CMS, or mobile applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Project management certification (eg, PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of activities involving third-party development teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively using company agreed tooling eg. MSP, Excel, KeyedIn, Jira.
  • Own/update the project team's use of Confluence.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with internal standards.
  • Monitor, Manage Change requests, understand impact and suggest way forward.
  • Reporting
  • Provide status reports on progress.
  • Input into Programme/Steering board updates.
  • Stakeholder management
