Senior Change Manager - IT, CRM Implementation - 9 months, remote, to £650 p/c outside IR35

A Senior Change Manager is required to work on an exciting, high profile IT, CRM implementation programme. You will have extensive change management experience, ideally gained within a large manufacturing/supply chain/logistics environment, with experience of working on a large IT business transformation, CRM/ERP implementation. You will have experience of developing business change strategies and plans and managing change through the full life cycle to delivery. You will have excellent stakeholder management, 3rd party supplier management, communication skills and the ability to build relationships and manage change across all areas of the business. The role will involve working on the CRM implementation programme, managing all of the change across the business, liaising with the business, senior stakeholders, 3rd party supplier, working closely with the IT teams and project managers developing the business change strategy, roadmap and plan and rolling it out to the business users, sales, customer service teams through the full life cycle to delivery. Must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. The role will be fully remote but would require travel to the various sites.
