Principal Developer - Belfast | Hybrid | Public & Private Sector Projects

I am working with my client to hire a Principal Developer to lead technical design and delivery of cloud-based software solutions. This is a key leadership role where you'll set technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality, secure applications.

What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of complex software solutions.
• Set coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years' software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Strong knowledge of secure coding, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable: Experience in enterprise software, regulated environments, DevSecOps, and technical certifications.
