We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver agentic AI solutions and intelligent assistants using Microsoft's AI ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and LLM-based solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models and LLMs using Azure ML Studio
• Build automation and orchestration workflows aligned to business processes
• Apply Generative AI and prompt engineering techniques effectively
• Ensure AI solutions meet governance, security, and responsible AI standards
• Monitor performance and continuously optimise AI solutions
• Work closely with data, digital, and business stakeholders

Essential experience:

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, orchestration, and automation patterns
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• LLM fine-tuning and Generative AI experience on Azure
• Knowledge of AI governance, observability, and compliance
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Active Security Clerance

Nice to have:

• Azure AI Engineer certification
• Software engineering background
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Azure AI Foundry
