Oracle E-business Suite Functional knowledge around P2P processes, with an understanding of data structures from a technical standpoint, though development will not be required. A lean towards either Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing will make you the idea candidate, especially if this is Process Manufacturing, but Discrete Manufacturing also is a bonus. Oracle Financials, iProcurement, Order Management knowledge.
