Key Responsibilities:
Basic Tasks:
* Data Change Requests (DCR's): Identify and rectify discrepancies in data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Sales Mappings Management: Handle exceptions and rejects from Neogrid by analysing sales mappings and resolving discrepancies.
* Account Creation and Maintenance: Manage account creation and maintenance tasks in Veeva CRM, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
* Data Maintenance: Conduct routine data maintenance activities in Veeva CRM and Gecco to uphold data quality standards.
* Management of Generic Mailboxes: Monitor and respond to inquiries received in two generic mailboxes promptly and effectively.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the Customer Excellence (CE) team, Sales, and other relevant departments to address data-related queries and issues.

Advanced Tasks:
* Creation of Tickets: Generate tickets for Veeva CRM and Gecco issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of all reported issues.
* Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Veeva CRM and Gecco: Serve as the primary point of contact for queries and issues related to Veeva CRM and Gecco, providing expert guidance and support.
* CRM User Maintenance: Manage CRM users, including territory maintenance, in Veeva Align and Veeva CRM to ensure alignment with organisational needs.
* Reporting: Generate and distribute reports in Veeva CRM to track Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the wider AH Business.
* Veeva Vault Documentation Maintenance: Maintain documentation in Veeva Vault, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Data analysis skills
* CRM management (preferably Veeva)
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in ticketing systems would be advantageous
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solving abilities
* Adaptability to manage various tasks efficiently
* Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
