Job Summary
Operational Resilience Professional needed to support the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Project team to develop, implement and achieve DORA compliance.
The candidate will have substantial interaction with Senior and Executive Management across company UK & Ireland, supporting and challenging the Operational Resilience processes, such as
BIA's, recovery plans and Important Business Services. Effective interaction requires a good knowledge of the business, technical knowledge and the ability to translate technical risk language into something that is meaningful and valuable for business management.

Good knowledge of Operational Resilience elements including regulations, business continuity, crisis management and IT service continuity
Skills
Experience mapping important business services to regulatory standards
Experience developing and agreeing impact tolerances for important business services
Experience developing scenario stress tests as part of regulatory compliance
Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing and communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
Good problem solving skills
Good facilitation skills- business impact analysis assessments
Solution focused - able to analyse issues and suggest solutions
Knowledge
A good understanding of the Operational Resilience Regulations.
A good understanding of Business Continuity Management processes.
A good understanding of crisis management processes.
A good understanding of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements
Experience Implementing a Business Impact Analysis [BIA] strategy
Developing Business Recovery Plans [BRP]
Hosting workshops and presentations
Project Management
Coordinating tests or exercises Dependency analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the DORA Project Manager Operational Resilience Regulatory Lead on a day to day basis to achieve DORA Regulation compliance
- Supports DORA Project in the delivery of appropriate elements of Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and Crisis Management, which includes:
- Business Impact Analysis
- Business Continuity Plans
- Incident Management Plans
- Crisis Management plans
- ITSCM Strategy
- ITSCM Recovery Plans
- Accountable for assigned testing Programme. Leads the facilitation of tests/exercises for the agreed Business Users.
- Supports the company Ireland and subsidiary Incident & Crisis Management Structure, coordinates contingency recovery initiatives and plans with staff and functions within company to achieve efficient and effective communication and restoration of operations
- Supports Operational Resilience for all resilience disciplines on a day to day basis.
- Complies data and analyse material for monthly, quarterly reports for Operational Risk, Compliance & Audit Committee
