Hamilton Barnes is representing a leading security MSP who are looking to hire a Service Designer, working on site with a major bank.
We are seeking a talented Service Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative security solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client and our internal teams to understand business goals, user needs, and challenges
- Lead workshops and design thinking sessions to ideate and define service strategies
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to guide the design process
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine designs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including researchers, strategists, and developers, to bring concepts to life
What You Will Ideally Bring:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Proficiency in design software and prototyping tools (Splunk)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in the banking and government sectors is a strong plus
- Experience in CyberSecurity/MSP Services
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and tools
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Dublin (2 Days Per Week)
- Day Rate: Up to £550 Per Day (Outside IR35)
