We are currently seeking a Chief Wireless Systems Design Expert (on behalf of a global Wireless System Technology OEM) to join our research center at the Stockholm office. This pivotal role entails leading the Wireless Research team in the research, design, and implementation of next-generation wireless systems.

The responsibilities including driving internal research projects and managing external research cooperation projects with leading Universities, tasking with aligning resources and spearheading technology exploration, innovation, and implementation to address the challenges of future wireless communication systems design.

What you should have:

Extensive industrial experience exceeding 15 years in system design of wireless communication.
Ability to gain insight into future wireless system evolution requirements and technology trends, deeply understanding customer needs, focusing on core scenarios, and exploring core values. Proficiency in identifying competitive technical directions in industry development and technical domains. Skill in proposing platform vision, building consensus, and formulating technology development strategies.
Leadership in developing strategic and business plans for the wireless domain, fostering competitiveness and technology investment strategies. Proficiency in implementing strategies through strategic planning and business planning to develop irreplaceable and technologically disruptive products.
Established track record in establishing interaction and deep cooperation with top resources and research institutes in the European industry and academia, guiding
industry technology investment.
Proficiency in organizing efforts to implement planning and target setting of technical research projects, achieving breakthroughs in key technologies through technical projects, and maintaining a leading position in competitiveness.
