We are partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded SaaS company building AI-native software to modernize a complex, high-trust professional services industry. This team is embedding AI agents directly into real customer workflows, not building demos or research projects.

This is a hands-on software engineering role for someone who enjoys shipping production systems and is excited about applying LLMs, agents, and retrieval to real-world problems.

• Build and ship AI-powered features used daily by customers in production
• Design and implement agent-based workflows that combine LLMs, APIs, tools, and structured logic
• Develop Back End services that orchestrate LLM calls, handle failures, and ensure reliability
• Build evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops to improve AI systems over time
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and domain experts to translate real problems into working software

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production systems
• Comfort designing and implementing object-oriented systems end to end
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into Back End services
• Familiarity with agent workflows, tool calling, or retrieval-augmented generation
• Ability to move quickly, make tradeoffs, and complete working solutions under constraints
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus but not required
