Context & Mission
The Business Process Expert will support business transformation initiatives through advanced process analysis, modelling, optimisation, and governance. The role combines business architecture, risk analysis, and change management, with a strong focus on structured methodologies and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Perform business process analysis, modelling, and optimisation.
Analyse business requirements and design end-to-end process flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Conduct risk analysis and support organisational change management.
Contribute to business architecture activities.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision making.
Required Skills & Experience
Master´s degree or Bachelor´s degree with minimum 4 years of equivalent IT professional experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Process Management and Governance.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business process analysis, modelling, optimisation, risk analysis, and organisational change management.
At least one professional certification in Business Architecture or BPM (BPMN, BP CBOK, TOGAF, ARIS, or equivalent).
Proven experience performing structured analysis and working with governance frameworks.
Languages
English: Fluent (C1 - mandatory).
French: Very good command (B2 - strong asset).
Nice to Have
Knowledge of DG INTPA, DG ENEST, DG MENA and/or FPI business domains and objectives, demonstrated through prior experience.
