An established consulting organisation in Belgium is seeking a Techno-Functional MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to support the delivery of CRM solutions for enterprise clients. This role offers a balance of functional consultancy and hands-on technical involvement.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Dynamics CRM solutions
Configure and customise MS Dynamics CRM to meet client needs
Work across both functional design and technical implementation
Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders
Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation
Required Experience
Proven experience with MS Dynamics CRM in a techno-functional role
Strong understanding of CRM business processes
Experience working in a consulting or project-based environment
Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and business users
Fluent English
Based in Belgium or able to work locally
