DevOps Engineer vacancy requiring profound Azure knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Delivering complex, broadly defined DevOps assignments independently, including specification, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation, while also defining tasks for others
• Leading the planning and execution of complex internal and external sub-projects by coordinating multiple team members
• Executing tasks with high accountability to schedules and quality standards
• Participating actively in design processes, code reviews, and bug/issue triage, while supporting decision-making that aligns with business and engineering objectives
• Transferring knowledge both internally and externally, and acting as a review expert for other project groups
• Driving the adoption of new technologies within projects and defining overarching concepts that guide the entire product area

Your experience/knowledge:

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a deep understanding of CI/CD, automation, source control systems, packaging and deployments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, including experience with MultiStage ADO yaml pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman
• Strong coding skills in C#, with Scripting experience in Bash and Python, and familiarity with Linux environments like Debian or Ubuntu, including Debian packaging and configuration management
• Solid understanding and use of version control systems, specifically GIT
• University degree in IT or related field
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
