On behalf of our client, a Swiss Investment Management company, Swisslinx are looking for a Software Developer for a contracting position based in Zug.
Main responsibilities:
Upgrade GZC internal web portal (Java EE6/Python).
Contribute to the design and upgrade of our system architecture.
Provide creative inputs and independently manage a set of projects.
Greenfield project to deliver cloud based integrated client services portal.
Provide support in analytics and risk management projects.
Support the operations, risk, investment, and investor relations teams with reports production and processes automation and maintenance.
Must haves:
Strong proficiency in Python and Web programming (Django/Flask- HTML- JavaScript-CSS)
Experience working with relational databases and SQL (stored procedures)
Knowledge of Java.
Knowledge of cloud/microservices architecture (ideally Microsoft Azure) a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate within a team - exposure to all business areas.
Result oriented personality, able to provide first level support to Investment Management Team.
Creative mind with strong interest in cutting edge technologies.
Detail-oriented personality able to deliver projects with high stability requirements.
