Position: SAP FICO Consultant

*About the Role:*
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team, focusing on providing support and expertise to our clients in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with extensive experience in full life cycle implementations. Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication with our clients and internal teams. This is a permanent, Full time position with the flexibility of a hybrid/remote working arrangement based in Germany.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support activities for our clients in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as SD, MM, and PP, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP FICO functionality and processes.
- Perform system testing, documentation, and support during various project phases, including testing, cutover, and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on SAP FICO trends, best practices, and new functionalities to continuously improve our solutions and services.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 6-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including at least 5 full life cycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with proficiency in configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry, understanding industry-specific business processes and requirements.
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- SAP certifications in FICO are desirable.
