We're Hiring: ABAP HCM Technician (Remote/Hybrid - Spain)

Role: ABAP HCM Technician

Location: Spain (Fully Remote) | Preferably Madrid (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 4-Months with possible 1-year extension

REMOTE ROLE: Fully remote within Spain. Hybrid option available if based in Madrid.

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality SAP solutions? We're looking for an experienced ABAP HCM Technician to design, develop, and implement advanced SAP HCM programs that support HR processes and drive business efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 6-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP HCM programming and technical development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, etc.).
• Proven experience collaborating on SAP HCM projects across design, implementation, and support phases.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance as a Specialist Lead/Analyst.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Language requirements: Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to Have

• SAP module certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP HR Renewal, SAP Fiori, or SuccessFactors integration.
• Knowledge of workflow, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancement frameworks.
• Exposure to SAP upgrade and migration projects.
