Position Overview: As the SAP Cutover Expert Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing the cutover process during our SAP implementation project. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to system migration, data conversion, and go-live readiness to minimize disruptions to business operations. This role requires deep expertise in SAP cutover methodologies, meticulous planning, and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cutover Planning: Develop a comprehensive cutover plan, outlining timelines, tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements for the transition to SAP.
2. Cutover Strategy: Define and implement cutover strategies and methodologies to ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during the transition phase.
3. Data Migration: Coordinate data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading into SAP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to manage the integration of SAP modules and interfaces with existing systems, addressing any technical issues or dependencies.
5. Testing Coordination: Oversee cutover testing activities, including rehearsal exercises, data validation, and end-to-end testing, to identify and resolve potential issues before go-live.
6. Stakeholder Management: Communicate cutover plans, milestones, and risks to project stakeholders, facilitating alignment and ensuring support from key business units.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies related to the cutover process and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams involved in the cutover process to ensure readiness for go-live.
9. Post-Go-Live Support: Monitor system performance and data integrity post-go-live, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain business continuity.
10. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of cutover activities, issues, and resolutions. Generate regular progress reports for project leadership and stakeholders.
