Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major European payroll carve-out program and is looking for an experienced Digital Payroll Project Manager with strong payroll knowledge and fluency in English and French.

• Lead critical payroll carve-out projects across Europe
• Work fully remote in CET with a global HR and Finance ecosystem
• Collaborate with key vendors (ADP, Strada, Neeyamo, SPS)

• Drive end-to-end delivery of digital payroll projects and integrations
• Coordinate stakeholders, internal teams, and payroll vendors
• Manage risks, dependencies, incidents, and regulatory compliance
• Support roadmap definition and digital HR improvements

Must-have:

• 5+ years Project Management experience and hands-on payroll background
• Experience in HR/payroll systems and integrations
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Fluent in English and French

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with ADP, Strada, Neeyamo
• Carve-out project experience
• Workday integration experience
