With multiple CRM platforms and complex data flows underpinning our services, we are strengthening our operational data capability to ensure our systems remain accurate, well-governed and future-ready. This is where your technical expertise becomes essential. As we embed new standards and uplift our data maturity, we need someone who can bring strong SQL capability and CRM knowledge to keep our information consistent, trusted and flowing smoothly across the organisation.
Your new role
You'll be the first point of contact for data-related queries, using your strong SQL skills to investigate issues, validate records, run queries and support troubleshooting across our core systems. You'll work closely with CRM owners and users, helping maintain data accuracy, ensuring data structures, workflows and integrations remain reliable. You'll triage incoming requests, resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate more complex problems to the right specialists. You'll support documentation updates, maintain logs, track actions and contribute to improving processes at source. You'll also play a key role in supporting data governance activities, ensuring compliance, consistency and quality across all operational data touchpoints. Your work will directly reduce risk, improve user experience and strengthen the foundations of our wider data ecosystem.
What you'll need to succeed
You must bring strong SQL experience, this is essential. You should be confident writing, modifying and troubleshooting SQL queries to interrogate data, validate information and support issue resolution. You also have hands-on experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms, with a solid understanding of data structures, workflows and user support within those environments. You're comfortable managing databases, maintaining data integrity and supporting users across multiple systems. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues, understand GDPR principles and thrive in a role where accuracy, organisation and responsiveness are key.
