Pensions SME/Change Project Analyst required to lead operational readiness activities for the rollout of a new digital pensions platform. This role focuses on ensuring smooth configuration, implementation and adoption across internal teams and client operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and co-ordinate operational readiness and business change activities for product rollout.

  • Develop and deliver structured plans for testing, training, communications and post-implementation adoption.

  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery and Administration teams to embed the new digital platform into day-to-day operations.

  • Manage change control processes, governance and stakeholder engagement.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a successful transition.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in pensions administration change involving DB and/or DC occupational schemes.

  • Strong understanding of pensions administration systems and operational processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.

This is 6 month initial contract, with the likelihood of extension, paying £475 per day (inside IR35). The client can accommodate mostly remote working with travel to Redhill, Surrey or Leeds, approximately 2 days per month.
