Your new role
As a Project Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Lead and wider Project Delivery Team to ensure the successful delivery of the Salesforce implementation. You will assist Project Managers, track project budgets, maintain project documentation, report progress, and help ensure momentum across key workstreams. You'll also coordinate, organise and book project workshops, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and third parties, and proactively address issues as they arise in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be well-organised, a confident communicator, and able to work effectively with people across the business. You will also bring:

• Clear, concise communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• A proactive, self-starter mindset
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Excellent MS Excel, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and SharePoint skills
• Budget tracking and reporting experience
• Project plan tracking and reporting skills
• Exceptional organisational skills for scheduling and managing workshops

Desirable:Experience or exposure to transformation or technology-led projects is advantageous.
