Role: Backend Software Developer

Salary : £100,000 P/A + Comps

We're looking for a Backend Developer who thrives in dynamic environments - someone who loves clean code, scalable architecture, and being part of a team that's pushing boundaries.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance Back End systems in Python and FastAPI
• Develop and maintain Back End systems that handle large volumes of Real Time data
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and help shape the technical roadmap
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

What we're looking for

• Strong professional experience with Python
• Solid experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI (or similar frameworks like Flask/Django)
• Passion for performance, scalability, and automation
• Experience or interest in AI
• A proactive mindset - someone who loves solving problems and experimenting with new tech
