ServiceNow Change Project Manager

Location: Central London - 1-2 days in the office

Contract: Inside IR35

Day rate: Up to £690 per day

Duration: 6 months+

Start date: ASAP

We have an opportunity with one of the UK's biggest Retailers who have a network of branches nationwide.

They require a Senior Project Manager to support the changes being made to their ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a good appreciate of ServiceNow (Or content management systems) and have supported Change & Communication plans.

Due to the environment, they'll be looking for candidates who have Agile/Scrum experience so're able to outline changes via User Stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects, driving them to successful completion on time and within budget.
  • Conduct all required Project management activities, including accurate planning, forecasting of resource and budget needs, tracking and reporting on delivery progress and escalating programme-level risks and issues to the relevant stakeholders (eg, steering committee).
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Risk, Compliance) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate project status to senior leadership and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Good understanding of procurement processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
