Are you a seasoned Infrastructure Services Analyst/IT Network Analyst with a passion for optimizing network systems and ensuring seamless operations? We are currently seeking a talented Infrastructure Services Analyst/IT Network Analyst to join our dynamic team in a pivotal role, where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our infrastructure topologies, ensuring they align with industry best practices and our IT policies.

Infrastructure Services Analyst/IT Network Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all infrastructure topologies including WAN, LAN, MPLS, WIFI, Internet, Servers, Storage, and unified communications.
• Develop and execute a robust maintenance plan to keep our systems up-to-date with security patches.
• Deploy and maintain appropriate security controls across our network and Firewalls in collaboration with our IT Security Team.
• Research and evaluate network products, services, protocols, and standards to support procurement and development efforts.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and adhere to our Change Management Process for any configuration changes required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional out-of-hours support.

• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, VCP, MCITP, Azure Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies including DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, LAN/WAN protocols, and cloud platforms like M365 and Azure.
