Network Engineer (Contract)
Location: Wiltshire Country: UK Rate: £650-£800 per day
My client who are a global IT consultancy are recruiting a Network engineer to join their team. This is an inside IR 35 contract paying between £650-£800 a day inside IR35. The role 5 days on side in the Wiltshire area.
Project
- Knowledge of Cisco Networking and Firewall equipment and associated management tools such as Cisco Secure Firewall Mgmt Centre.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as PRTG.
- Network Policy Server expertise.
- Experience of producing HLD and LLD documentation.
- Cisco based Network - (Routing, Switching, ASA's/FTD's, Firepower, NX-OS, ISE)
- Infoblox - Configuration of DNS entries on Infoblox DNS Servers
- Checkpoint Firewalls - Firewall policy management and configuration
- F5 Load Balancers - LTM/GTM, Creating VIPs, nodes, pools, pool members, monitors etc. Fortigate Firewalls - VDOMS
- Retrieving Load Balancer Configurations from Cisco ACE and Legacy F5 devices in preparation for migrations.
- Interpreting complex network HLDs/LLDs and implementing systems/configuration as outlined in the designs.
