We are currently recruiting for an SC Cleared Oracle Product Manager for a central government department on a 12 month contract.

To support the Lead Product Manager facilitating delivery against the product roadmap, working closely with the delivery squads in this regard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Understanding stakeholders demand and impact against product roadmap.
  • Understanding Oracle Fusion product (3rd party) roadmap and impact against stakeholders.
  • Champion market best practice use of product capabilities with stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of all delivery of their stakeholder needs.
  • Strong industry experience of Operational processes within a HR department, able to hold meaningful conversations with stakeholders needs of supported business area.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Oracle Fusion capabilities - Core HCM, Talent, Payroll.
  • Input into product functionality and associated business benefits for driving enhancements for the functional area.
  • Capability to demonstrate knowledge of Oracle Roadmap developments against the context of Home Office SaaS environment
  • Manage the delivery of Product roadmap for SaaS ERP solution
  • Drive the definition of product roadmap, aligning business demand with best practice use of Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Knowledge of new features and/or functionality not currently utilised by Metis and provide insight to the benefits the functionality can provide in improving the Metis service.
  • Input into product functionality and associated business benefits for driving enhancements for the functional area.
  • Management of backlog prioritisation being able to understand business need against approach to delivery.
  • Helping team members to improve their capability with regards to product management of an Oracle fusion ERP solution
