UX Designer (Contract/Permanent)
Location: Leeds Country: UK Rate: £60k - £65k per annum

12 Month FTC

Leeds - Hybrid/Flexible working

Up to £65,000

Fruition IT have an exciting opportunity for a UX Designer to join a leading global professional services organisation, joining a team who will be driving the improvements and development of customer experience across ServiceNow and other internal platforms.

What will I be doing?

  • Conducting user research with internal stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Drive processes and improvements regarding customer experience in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and Architects.
  • Conduct usability testing within ServiceNow.
  • Leading workshops with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a dedicated UX Designer role.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and other core platforms, such as Success Factors and SAP.
  • The ability to turn complex requirements into simple, clear interactions and interfaces.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
  • Speed in producing and validating ideas through iterative design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
