A great opportunity joining a global organisation that is a leader in their market. Due to growth, they are looking for a knowledgeable IT Support Engineer to join their team.

What your day will look like:

• Provide 1st line hardware and software support to users across all sites
• Support queries deskside, via phone, email and video call
• Correctly log, resolve and/or escalate issues where necessary
• Cary out updates, system checks, and builds
• Work towards agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Uphold security policies and best practice standards
• Regular travel to Winsford site and others when required

Do you have the following experience?

• Minimum of 5 GCSE's C and above
• Experience working in an IT Support Engineer role
• Good understanding of PC hardware and software set-ups
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Active Directory
• Pro-active and professional approach to your tasks
• Exposure to Networking and Servers is desirable
• UK Driving licence and vehicle
