Java Developer - Rates Algo Trading (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £800 - £850 per day
New contract role in London paying up to £850 per day (inside IR35)(Umbrella)
This is an opportunity to work for a business-critical, high-performing team within a global investment bank on a contract basis.
They are about to embark on a new multi-year, initiative to help optimise the performance of their Rates Algo trading platform.
The team is looking for one more developer skilled in Java with a strong numerical background and good electronic trading/Algo Trading and low latency experience.
Key skills for the Java Developer;
- Core Java - low-level programming (low latency)
- Electronic/Algo trading experience
- Front Office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fixed Income experience
- Keen interest in financial products (FX, Fixed Income)
- Experience working in an agile environment
