This role is for a Technical CRM Analyst to join a software development client of mine on an initial 2 month contract outside IR35 working in a hybrid format with 2-3 days per week on-site in Guildford.

This client is a well known software development firm who provide a cutting edge Platform with a range of digital care software solutions for various service types to a range of establishments throughout the UK.

Description

Your Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• List Creation
• User Rights management
• Creating and updating reports
• Data import and validation
• Development and support of CRM solutions
• Collaboration with team members to ensure effective software solutions
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues
• Tracking and documenting changes in CRM software
• Maintaining data integrity, security and quality
• Performing system integration's and migrations
• Providing CRM technical expertise to stakeholders

Profile

• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
• Commercial hands on experience with HubSpot
• Previous experience as a technical CRM analyst ensuring data quality, creating and updating reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Knowledge of data management and security practices

Job Offer

An offer for a successful candidate is the ability to earn up to £250 per day Outside IR35 for an initial 2 month period working in a hybrid format commuting to the Guildford based office 2-3 days per week.
