The Role

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in not only building but leading a world class engineering team.

Driving innovation and ensuring the highest quality of software development, ultimately creating solutions of impact that exceed end-user expectations. This role works very closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure teams are aligned with the overall vision and strategy for engineering, along with wider company objective.

Tech Stack Used

• MERN Stack - Mongo, Express, React, Node, TypeScript
• Cloud and Routing - AWS, CloudFlare
• Logging - Elastic

Role Requirements

• Deep Expertise with core technologies (Node, React, TypeScript)
• Previous experience managing software teams of up to 8 people.
• Ability operate within ambiguous problem areas, along with working with high autonomy.
• Deeply understand the qualities behind what makes a high-performing engineering teams.
• Passionate about the mentorship and coaching of engineers.
