Bench IT require an experienced Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP working onsite full time in Derby.
The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below:
- Proven experience working as a Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst
- Excellent customer service skills to assist users in resolving their queries
- Strong experience with Microsoft OS and application stacks
- Windows 10
- Office 365 suite
- Active Directory
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or other alternatives
- Excellent communication skills
