2+ projects on SFSF ECP
5+ years on SAP HCM/SFSF Payroll
Ability to work on support projects and assist with implementations
Tasks Description: -
Assist with solving and supporting user issues
Tackle level 1 - 3 tickets depending on experience/suitability
Escalate tickets that aren't solvable
Essential Skills/Experience Description: -
Must have support or implementation experience on SAP SFSF ECP to be suitable
Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description: -
Additional localizations or languages are beneficial but not essential
Cross functional experience with other SFSF modules may lead to additional hours but no guarantee
