Business Change Architect (Contract/Permanent)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Change Strategy and Planning:
o Develop detailed delivery strategies for successful adoption of changes.
o Manage resistance to change by identifying potential challenges and addressing them proactively.
o Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments.
o Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with change initiatives.
o Articulate how the proposed change is beneficial for both the organization and its employees whilst emphasizing the positive impact of the change to motivate buy-in from
stakeholders.

2. Process Analysis and Documentation:
o Capture the current state (As Is) processes within the organisation by proactively engaging with all stakeholders.
o Produce the stakeholder map and associated methods of engagement/communication.
o Actively engage with team members and employees, listening to their concerns and gathering feedback and incorporating this feedback.
o Analyse existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
o Design future state (To Be) processes that align with the desired business outcomes.
o Manage feedback from the engagement with the wider stakeholder group.

3. Collaboration with Change Architect and Business Change Manager:
o Work closely with the Change Architect and Business Change Manager to contribute to the Business Change (BC) Roadmap.
o Provide subject matter expertise related to change management.
o Collaborate on defining requirements for successful implementation.

4. Industry Experience and Product Implementation:
o Have experience with transformation programs in the banking and financial sector.
o Understanding that employees react differently to change and accommodate this in the methods of engagement and adoption to reduce resistance.
o Experience of encouraging and supporting stakeholders to become change champions.
o Implement Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products effectively.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Relevant degrees such as Bachelor's or University Degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or related fields.
- Certifications: PROSCI, PMP, or other relevant certifications.

- Skills:
o Process analysis and documentation.
o Stakeholder engagement and communication.
o Requirements gathering and definition.
o Change management principles and methodologies.
