Agile Business Analyst - Government Projects - SC Cleared - Remote Working £490 - £550 per day
We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst with a government background and the responsibilities include;
- Gather and document client requirements including leading client meetings to understand and validate the requirements.
- Refine solution documentation
- Define and refine Jira tickets in readiness for development
Business Analyst - Government Background - Agile Methodology - SC Cleared
Experience of Agile methodologies is required, including the use of agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, and ensuring effective collaboration between business representatives, user researchers, user experience and service designers and technical team members.
We need our Business Analysts to work collaboratively with our clients - Client Product Owners and Service Managers. They need to respond to queries from our client, CI squad members and other CI squads. They need to have excellent attention to detail, be curious and creative and have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. Key Duties
- Elicitation and management of requirements across a wide range of complex and competing stakeholders.
- Organisation and leadership of workshops to elicit & prioritise requirements and to define user journeys.
- Modelling business processes, functional flows and relational database design.
- Documenting specific features, clearly defining business rules to specify technical solutions.
- Working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong working relationships across the business.

Candidate must only hold a UK/British passport and single British Nationality (due to the nature of the project and end client). No dual nationality. If not born here they must hold the right level of clearance specified above and have renounced any rights to previous citizenships. This role is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices
This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and be eligible for UK Security Vetting at SC/DV level. Clearance sponsorship will be provided where required. Due to the nature of the work, candidates should meet the relevant residency requirements. If applicable, reserved post nationality restrictions will be confirmed by the client.
