EUC Engineer (Windows 11) - Contract

We're looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to support a Microsoft-focused environment, working at 2nd/3rd line. This role suits a contractor who can pick things up quickly and is comfortable joining a new environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 2nd/3rd line EUC support and ticket resolution
• Support a Windows 11 end-user environment
• Work with Intune, Defender and M365
• Support Infra ID, Azure VMs, patching and security activities

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong EUC/Desktop Engineering background
• Windows 11, Intune, Microsoft Defender, M365
• Infra ID (Identity & Access) experience/Microsoft Entra ID (Infra ID)
• Azure (VMs)
• Hyper-V (essential), VMware (desirable)
• Networking and security fundamentals
• Used to contract roles and fast-paced environments
