Role: Business Analyst OSS Telecom

Location: Reading, UK - 3 days onsite & 2 days' remote

Work Mode: 12 Months Fix Contract

JOB DESCRITION:

• We are seeking a Telecom OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in Fixed OSS and hands on experience in DBT (Design Build Tool) to drive end to end analysis and process optimization across fixed network design, build, and delivery workflows.
• The ideal candidate will gather and translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications, analyze fiber/copper network design processes, validate data models, and ensure seamless integration of DBT with upstream and downstream OSS/BSS systems.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with network planning, engineering, field operations, and IT teams; defining user stories and acceptance criteria; supporting solution design; and ensuring adherence to fixed line standards for network planning, feasibility, construction, activation, and change management.
• The role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of fixed access network life cycles, and the ability to deliver scalable OSS solutions that enhance operational efficiency, design accuracy, and service delivery timelines.
