Company Introduction:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced WebFocus Developer to join our global client in the financial services sector for an exciting 10-month contract.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with WebFOCUS report development and metadata management.

• Solid understanding of data modelling and reporting structures.

• Experience implementing security and access control within WebFOCUS.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and consistency.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex reporting and data issues.

• Good communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and maintain WebFOCUS reports based on business and user requirements, including advanced reports with drill-down and interactive features.

• Analyse, design, and structure WebFOCUS metadata to support efficient and reliable reporting.

• Build and manage data definitions, mappings, and metadata layers within WebFOCUS.

• Design and implement WebFOCUS security models, including user authentication, authorisation, and sign-on configurations.

• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve data inconsistencies, report errors, and performance issues.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet user expectations.

• Maintain documentation for reports, metadata models, and security configurations.
