CRM Project Manager
CRM Implementation Project Manager - 12Months - Outside IR35
Outside IR35: 500 per day
Duration: 12months
Location: 1 day per week in the central London Office (not negotiable)
About the organisation
A global market research leader for the media industry, providing audience measurement, consumer targeting and advertising intelligence to help broadcasters, platforms, brands and agencies understand viewing behaviour across linear, VOD and digital channels. They operate at scale, using advanced content-tracking technology to inform decisions and maximise engagement and revenue.
The project
The business is replacing an in-house CRM with an off-the-shelf solution. You'll lead the end-to-end programme-from vendor selection through to rollout-partnering with senior stakeholders and regional panels across EMEA and beyond. The estate is a Microsoft house, so Dynamics 365 is a likely front-runner; Salesforce will not be used.
What you'll do
- Own the CRM replacement life cycle: discovery, RFP, vendor evaluation/selection, implementation, cutover and post-go-live optimisation.
- Drive strong vendor management: commercials, delivery governance, SLAs and risk/issue management.
- Lead stakeholder management across a global footprint, tailoring requirements and customisation for different territories.
- Orchestrate data migration, integrations (within the Microsoft ecosystem), security/permissions and environment strategy.
- Establish project governance: plan, budget, RAID, stage gates and reporting to the programme leadership.
- Champion change management & adoption: comms, training, UAT and success measures.
What you'll bring
- Accredited PRINCE2 (preferred) or PMP (essential: current certification).
- Demonstrable experience leading in-house - off-the-shelf CRM replacements.
- Track record running global CRM selection processes and implementations with multi-region requirements.
- Strong vendor and senior stakeholder management; confident with exec updates and steering activity.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (highly desirable) and broader Microsoft stack familiarity.
- Excellent governance discipline: planning, budgeting, risk/issue/decision control, benefits tracking.
- Desirable exposure to media, audience measurement or market-research environments.
- Sector knowledge is not essential-your CRM delivery experience is what matters.
If you've led CRM implementations for large, global organisations, guiding everything from vendor selection through to full rollout. We'd love to connect and explore whether this could be your next standout project.
