Arthur are partnered with a managing agent who are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of several concurrent initiatives over the coming months. This is a hands-on, coordination-heavy role for someone who thrives on structure, momentum, and keeping multiple workstreams moving in the same direction.
You'll act as the connective tissue between internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners-bringing clarity, follow-through, and strong organisation to complex delivery activity.
This role is delivery-focused rather than technical or strategic. Success will come from excellent planning, communication, and the ability to drive actions to completion.
What you'll be doing Cross-project coordination
- Coordinate multiple projects at once, maintaining clear plans, timelines, and action logs
- Track progress across workstreams and proactively follow up with stakeholders
- Set up and manage governance, including meetings, workshops, and status reporting
- Maintain oversight of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support the structure and coordination of a discovery and assessment phase
- Schedule and help facilitate meetings and workshops with internal teams and an external consulting firm
- Act as a key liaison during the onsite assessment phase (February-March)
- Review documentation against defined requirements and escalate gaps where needed
- Produce concise summaries, meeting notes, and status updates
- Coordinate preparation activities ahead of the market exercise
- Manage stakeholder inputs and timelines before, during, and after delivery
- Support follow-up actions, documentation, and reporting
- Around 5+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, or project support role
- Proven experience supporting multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence coordinating across teams and with external partners
- Comfortable setting up and facilitating meetings and workshops
- Strong follow-up skills and a delivery mindset
- Ability to review documentation against defined criteria (no deep subject-matter expertise required)
- Clear, concise written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with peak delivery periods
