Product Owner (6-Month Contract) - Gaydon/Leamington Spa (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner - a technologist, thinker, and leader - who can inspire teams to balance long-term product vision with excellence in short-term delivery.

You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy while working closely with delivery teams to ensure valuable, customer-focused outcomes are delivered at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a clear long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring delivery of the right value at the right time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain viable, outcome-focused roadmaps
• Own and continuously refine a prioritised product backlog that meets technical, user, and business needs
• Evaluate opportunities and make evidence-based decisions on what should be built and delivered
• Ensure teams understand why work matters, backed by data, insight, and customer value
• Cultivate strong relationships across your product area, including solution architects and key stakeholders
• Build credibility and trust through experience, personal style, and openness to diverse perspectives
• Use data to plan, measure outcomes, and support high-quality decision-making

What You Will Ideally Bring

• Passion for digital product thinking, modern techniques, and technology to solve complex problems
• Proven experience across one or more of: greenfield, brownfield, user-led, data-led, infrastructure-led, or software-led products
• Hands-on experience working through the fuzzy front and messy middle of the digital product life cycle
• Strong knowledge of modern Business Analysis techniques and process design/capture
• Practical experience implementing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
• Day Rate: Up to £450-525 per day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Gaydon/Leamington Spa - Hybrid
• Start Date: ASAP
