We are seeking a capable and motivated PMO Analyst to join a complex delivery environment within a large corporate organisation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with project data, plans, and structured reporting.

Sitting within the PMO and delivery support function, the role focuses on data collation, validation, analysis, and reporting across multiple projects. You will play a key part in bringing clarity, consistency, and insight to project information, supporting effective governance and decision-making.

The Role

  • Support multiple project and delivery teams as a PMO Analyst within a structured PMO environment

  • Collate, validate, and structure project data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across plans and reports

  • Identify data quality issues, risks, and inconsistencies within project and portfolio information

  • Own and maintain Microsoft Project plans, including schedule updates, dependency management, and plan integration

  • Build and manage structured datasets, including loading data into databases and running queries

  • Produce clear, high-quality analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums

  • Reduce reporting and administrative overhead for delivery teams, enabling greater focus on execution

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, Business Analyst (PMO), or similar delivery-support role

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project (schedule management, dependencies, plan updates)

  • Experience working with databases, including writing and running queries

  • Ability to identify issues in complex datasets and challenge assumptions constructively

  • Experience working within large, structured corporate or enterprise environments

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with multiple teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting large or complex programmes or portfolios

  • Exposure to PMO, governance, or reporting frameworks

  • Experience producing reporting for senior stakeholders or steering groups
