Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced Head of BI and Analytics with extensive FS/Payments experience to work on a project with a client of theirs. You will need extensive data analytics, reporting and insight experience and lead on and off shore teams of at least 10 engineers. Working within their servicing and operations function you will be managing the delivery of all their analytics, reporting and insight needs from ingestion through to presentation as well the infrastructure and technology agenda including optimisation, development and governance. You will have expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, problem solving and stakeholder management.

Working to deliver the data strategy, roadmap and initiatives including any integration needs and asks you will drive the actionable insights including boarding, CDD, credit risk, customer care and disputes. Work with the executives and other leaders to understand their data and reporting needs and provide impactful insights and champion a data drive culture providing training and resources to enhance data literacy. Use analytics to spot opportunities, potential bottlenecks, risks and other challenges, propose solutions and action plans.

The role will need you on site 2-3 days a week and will be inside IR35.
