The successful candidate will be outcome-driven, capable of bringing structure to ambiguity, and experienced in delivering results through strong governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of telecoms programmes, managing evolving scope, priorities, and dependencies.

Develop and maintain complex Matrix plans across multiple workstreams, teams, and suppliers.

Build, lead, and motivate high-performing Matrix teams to achieve programme objectives.

Establish and enforce robust programme governance, including risk, issue, change, and benefits management.

Communicate complex plans, progress, and decisions in a clear and simple manner suitable for senior leadership.

Engage confidently with internal and external directors, providing assurance, updates, and decision support.

Ensure programme delivery aligns with strategic objectives and drives measurable outcomes.
