2nd Line Support Engineer

Duration: 13 week initial period

Location: Hereford - Hybrid Working options available

DBS required

An accomplished 2nd Line Support Engineer is required to liaise with a 3rd Party vendor on a tenant migration.

Experience required -

• Recent 2nd Line IT Support experience gained in the government/defence sector
• MS Stack O365 in Azure
• Must have worked in a secure environment previously
• Experience liaising with external 3rd parties
• Experience working with clients in the defence sector
• Hands on experience - but also need to be happy and comfortable in communication and speaking with vendors
