Robert Half have partnered with a B2B SAAS organisation to recruit for aData Analyst for an initial 3 month contract.

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality commercial insights, revenue performance reporting, and analytical support across Sales, Marketing, Customer, and Finance functions.

This will involve analysing large datasets, building dashboards and tools, improving data-driven processes, and delivering clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You will play a key role within the Revenue Operations & Data function, supporting strategic and operational decision-making through analysis, reporting, and commercial insights. The role requires strong technical capability (Excel, SQL/AWS, BI tools) and strong commercial acumen, with a focus on enabling high performance across Go-To-Market teams.

• Extract, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
• Build tools and reports using Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS (Athena SQL, S3, Glue, Lambda).
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to improve revenue outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking revenue performance, pipeline, sales effectiveness, and business KPIs.
• Conduct close-lost, pipeline, and forecasting analysis to support commercial strategy.
• Support the creation of board-level reporting for senior leadership.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer, and Finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Support scenario modelling and commercial forecasting, including pricing and revenue impact assessments.

• Strong proficiency in the following:
  • AWS (Athena SQL, Glue, S3, Lambda)
  • Power BI
  • Advanced Excel

• Experience with SQL, analytics tooling, or BI platforms such as Tableau or Looker is beneficial.
• Background supporting commercial or revenue-focused analytics projects.
• Strong experience in commercial analysis or revenue operations.
• Ability to interrogate data, solve business problems, and provide clear recommendations.
• Experience working with commercial finance, revenue operations, or data functions.
