Full Stack Engineer - GenAI Specialist

We are working with an innovative enterprise client on a cutting-edge GenAI platform, and they are seeking a Full Stack GenAI Specialist with strong expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered automation.

You'll play a central role in building AI agents and primitives that drive automated code modernisation, delivering value across the full AI lifecycle - from model training pipelines to production-ready full-stack systems.

This is a contract opportunity to work on highly advanced AI use cases using the latest GenAI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build core generative AI primitives using LLMs and advanced NLP techniques
• Develop full-stack features for an automated code modernisation agent
• Create and manage data pipelines to support model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Implement context-aware generation with enterprise guardrails and controls
• Contribute to the AI value measurement framework for internal adoption

Key Skills

• Expert in Generative AI, LLM architectures, and prompt engineering
• Strong Python development background with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks
• Solid data engineering experience, especially with unstructured data and code-based inputs
• Proven full-stack development experience across Front End and Back End systems
• Experience working with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics and performance tuning best practices

Tech Stack (Preferred)

• Python, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js
• React/TypeScript (frontend)
• OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain
• Redis, Elasticsearch, Weaviate or similar vector DBs
• Azure/AWS/GCP - Cloud AI toolsets
